Terms and Conditions of Use for Maison O'Brien Hosting Service

Authorization of charges, fees and taxes

You authorize the booking platform to process your reservations at the price charged by Maison O'Brien, plus all applicable fees and taxes, including, but not limited to, service fees charged by the website, fees for consumption of paid items, and fees related to breakage or damage during an overnight stay at the establishment. By submitting your reservation request, you authorize the booking platform to process all reservations on your behalf, including making the necessary payment arrangements. Certain rates and fees are specifically identified as non-refundable and cannot be refunded. There may be other fees imposed by hotels. If the reservation is not canceled within the specified time, the total amount, including hotel fees and hotel taxes, may be forfeited and non-refundable.

Prices and rates indicated, supplier conditions

Prices shown on the site are subject to change and correction at any time, but changes will not affect reservations already accepted. THE BOOKING PLATFORM EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PRICING ERRORS. IN SUCH AN EVENT, IF AVAILABLE, WE WILL OFFER YOU THE OPTION TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION PENDING AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT PENALTY. Minimum stay requirements may apply. Sale offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Fees and taxes for the room rate(s) will be shown on the final price and on the confirmation email. However, the final rate shown in the confirmation email does not include specific charges assessed by the hotel for miscellaneous expenses you may incur, such as room service, mini-bar beverages, resort fees, city taxes, other taxes, additional cleaning fees, pet-related cleaning fees, or other miscellaneous fees. Displayed rates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of final charges after your hotel stay.

Cancellations and Modifications

You understand that when you book through the website, any cancellation or modification policy described to you, including in the confirmation email sent to you, is enforceable and binding. You can cancel your reservation online by sending an email to info@maisonobrien.ca or by phone within the deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, applicable fees will be charged for late cancellations.

Other conditions

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Any requests beyond these hours, if possible, for early check-in or late check-out, will incur a cost of $50 plus taxes per hour.
Maison O'Brien is not responsible if a Maison O'Brien guest parks in an adjacent location and is towed.
Maison O'Brien is not responsible for any theft in a rented accommodation unit. Doors lock automatically, and theft would be the result of negligence by someone who failed to properly close their door behind them.
Maison O'Brien reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $500 for any damage or breakage caused to the furniture of a rented unit, furnishings, appliances, and the unit in general. Maison O'Brien also reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $500 for any theft of furniture or other equipment.
Maison O'Brien is a non-smoking establishment. A $250 fee will be charged if you do not comply with this rule. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. No additional guests are allowed.
No parties, gatherings, or receptions. If this rule is not followed, a $250 fee will be charged.

Cancellation policy

We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the first night, including taxes, will be charged.
