Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes. Adèle is open on-site. Opening days and hours vary according to the following schedule:
Restaurant: Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoon Tea: Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

What are Adèle's opening hours?
Food (coffee, sandwiches, appetizers): Wednesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 7 PM

Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included with each reservation. It is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please let us know of any dietary preferences or allergies.
What are the reception hours?
Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible upon request. Outside these hours, our team remains available for any assistance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival from 4:00 PM
Departure before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional fee applies.
What are the cancellation policies?
We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the first night, including taxes, will be charged.
Is a spa access included?
Yes. Spa access is included for hotel guests, subject to opening hours and availability.
The spa will open in Fall 2026.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking at Maison O’Brien is free for our guests. However, please note that parking at O’Brien Beach (P11), located about a five-minute walk from the hotel, is subject to a fee during summer. We therefore invite you to use our on-site parking exclusively.
Is it possible to charge my electric car?
Yes, we have a designated EV charging spot.
Is there an elevator available?
Yes, an elevator is available and serves all floors.
Is the building accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The building is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It has an outdoor accessibility ramp, an elevator, as well as accessible rooms and bathrooms. Please confirm your specific needs with the reception so that we can best assist you.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in the establishment, with the exception of guide dogs and recognized assistance animals, which are naturally welcome. Please do not hesitate to inform us of any specific needs.
Do you rent outdoor equipment?
We do not offer outdoor equipment rental. In winter, however, we do sell passes for Gatineau Park (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter biking). For rentals, go to Nomades du Parc, 10 chemin Scott, Chelsea, QC.
